Points to note before purchase

First Wash

• Before using the product for the first time, wash it thoroughly with lukewarm water with mild detergent before use.
• After washing, wipe off the water with a dry cloth and dry completely before storing.

Heating

• Do not heat empty pot/ pan. It may shorten the life span of the product or cause discoloration and burns.
• Preheat with ingredients or water. It is recommended to cook on medium heat or low heat because this cookware set has high thermal conductivity and thermal efficiency.

Induction

• Induction delivers relatively strong firepower. Please be ware that, instead of using it from highest power, warm up slowly at the lowest stage would be better.
• For induction products, it is hard to provide accurate guidance as the power value varies from different brands. If you use with high thermal power from the beginning, product deformation and accidents may occur, please use with caution.

Precautions

• The detachable handle is designed as a mean of transportation, do not attached to the pot/ pan while cooking. Damage of contamination may occur to the product. There is a risk of firing when using in the oven.
• When cooking for a long time, the product is very hot, so there is a risk of burns and accidents.
• When cooking in the oven, be sure to remove the handle before putting in the oven.
• Strong impact may cause damage to the product.
• Wooden or heat resistant plastic spatula is recommended to use for cooking in the pot/ pan.
• In order to maintain the coating of this product for a long time, avoid using abrasives or steel wool as mush as possible.
• Do not store food in the pot for a long period or leave it unwashed after use.
• Do not sprinkle salt directly on the surface of the pot/ pan, may stick on the surface.
